Shifting Tic Tac Toe

The idea behind the *Shifting Tic Tac Toe* is simple. Add four more buttons that shifts the game board.

It is irritating, because the game probably becomes infinite. However, I did not yet proved so.

Thinking about the game, these needs to be done to make it playable, imo:

• Shifting in the direction of corners, not edges.
• "Smarter" bot.
• Maybe nicer graphics.
